Day 1:  Ho Chi Minh city –My Tho city – Ben Tre province – Can Tho city (Meals: lunch, dinner)

• Commencing at 7:30 AM from Ho Chi Minh City, the voyage unfolds as you journey towards My Tho town, a scenic drive of about an hour and a half. En route, you’ll be treated to picturesque vistas – lush green rice fields, the serene Vam Co Dong river, and the bustling Long An town. A pause at the Mekong rest stop offers a chance to rejuvenate and appreciate a bonsai garden.
• Upon arrival in My Tho, a visit to the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda awaits. This ancient pagoda, the oldest in Southern Vietnam, showcases a unique blend of Vietnamese, Khmer, and European architectural styles, a testament to the region’s cultural richness.
• The adventure continues with a motorized boat ride along the tranquil Tien River. As you cruise, you’ll catch glimpses of local life – stilt houses, fishing floating farms, and the enchanting Dragon, Phoenix, Tortoise, and Unicorn Islands.
• Arriving at Thoi Son Islet on Phoenix Island, an opportunity to walk through village paths emerges. You’ll explore local homes, orchard gardens, and indulge in seasonal fruits while absorbing the sounds of traditional Southern folk music. At a honey bee farm, relish in honey tea with lemon, known for its health benefits. For the more daring, a python farm offers a chance to pose for photos with these creatures.
• A serene sampan ride through creeks unveils the iconic water coconut trees that characterize the Delta’s landscape. Cruising further to Ben Tre province, a visit to a coconut candy workshop reveals the intricate process of crafting these delicious treats by hand.
• Unicorn Island beckons with its crocodile farm and remnants of Coconut belief. A delectable lunch is served amidst the orchard garden, highlighted by the must-try dried Ear Elephant fish, a culinary delicacy of the Mekong Delta.
• After lunch, a leisurely exploration of village paths offers the chance to savor the refreshing air and absorb the pastoral scenes. A brief stroll back to the bus signals the continuation to Can Tho city. • Following breakfast at the hotel, at 7:00 AM, embark on a leisurely stroll to Ninh Kieu wharf. This morning journey unveils the charm of the streets market, where an array of homemade products like fruits, vegetables, and cakes are on display along the route to the wharf.
• Setting sail on the river, the next adventure leads to the bustling Cai Rang floating market, a prominent fixture and one of the largest in Southern Vietnam. The unique dynamics of commerce in this floating market area will undoubtedly captivate visitors, leaving a lasting impression.
• Once the floating market exploration concludes, a visit to observe the process of crafting rice vermicelli noodles and an orchard garden tour awaits. Wandering through the village, you’ll even have the opportunity to test your skills by crossing the bamboo bridge, a single bamboo tree’s feat of engineering.
• The cruise then meanders back to Ninh Kieu wharf, where a halt is made for a satisfying lunch. Subsequently, the journey continues as you catch a bus to Chau Doc(14.00 – 17.00). Your night is reserved in Chau Doc, and you’ll be accommodated in a homestay, fostering an immersive local experience.

Day 3: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh (Meal: Breakfast)

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city – Mekong Delta – Can Tho city (Meals: lunch)

• At 08.00am, our tour guide and driver meeting you at your hotel and leave Ho Chi Minh city. It takes one hour and thirty minutes driving to get to My Tho town. One the way, travelers will have chance to see these beautiful landscape along the road such as the green rice fields, the peaceful Vam Co Dong river and the busy Long An town. En route, we will stop at Mekong rest top where you can take a rest and see bonsai garden.
• Arrive to My Tho town, visit Vinh Trang pagoda an oldest ancient one in Southern Vietnam. Known as the largest pagoda and the most special architecture in Mekong Delta. It’s architecture was influenced by Vietnamese culture and Khmer’s culture as well as European’s architecture.
• After visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, our driver will take you to the pier boat for getting on a motorized boat. Take a leisurely boat ride in Tien river to enjoy fresh air, to see the peaceful life of the local people, Passing the stilt house, the fishing floating farm, the four Islands ( Dragon, Phoenix, Tortoise, Unicorn)
• After passing Rach Mieu bridge, we disembark at Thoi Son Islet that locates on Phoenix Island. Take a leisurely walking on the village paths, visit local people’s home, orchard garden and enjoy seasonal fruits while listening to traditional Southern folk music.
• Then visit honey bee farm and taste delicious honey tea with lemon that is really good for health. Local people also have python farm for those tourist, who like adventure can take a photo with pythons.
• Take a hand- rowed sampan through the creeks for sightseeing the natural water coconut trees a symbol in the Delta areas.
• Return to the motorized boat then cruising to Ben Tre province, visit coconut candy workshop to know how to make delicious candies by hand.

Day 2: Cai Rang floating market – Tra Su sanctuary bird – Chau Doc (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)

• Have breakfast at the hotel. At 06.30am, boarding on a motorized boat to Cai Rang floating market. In the way, you can see many bustling activities along Can Tho riverbanks. You have chance to know how local people go fishing and transport passengers as well as product by the waterway.
• Approaching Cai Rang floating market, you can reappear the selling activities in the past by using a traditional “offering pole” for exchanging consumer goods.
• The tourist will visit the local rice-noble factory and learn about the traditional method for producing the rice-noble.
• To understand more about lifestyle over there, you keep going into some small creeks, you will fell the pure atmosphere and enjoy the Southern countryside.
• Visiting Ba Lang garden where you can enjoy some special seasonal fruits.
• 9:45: Cruising back to Ninh Kieu Wharf.

• Then proceed to Chau Doc and visit Tra Su sanctuary bird which is renowned for not only its almost-untouched natural beauty but also its sanctuary of flora and fauna. Take a boat trip into the forest, you will immediately feel like you are harmonizing with nature because of all of the impressive pictures of cajuputs, the fragrance of the flowers and the music-like noise of birds, insects and animals making people relaxed and comfortable. From the observation post, you can overlook the forest with an area of nearly 900 ha, home of many birds and animals, including some rare ones.
