Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Phu Quoc Island –  Rach Gia – Mekong Delta

• At 11:30 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel in Phu Quoc and transferred to Bai Vong ferry to board the express boat to Rach Gia (1:00 PM – 3:30 PM). Upon arrival, meet your tour guide and driver and transfer to Can Tho city.
  Optional: Overnight at a homestay in Can Tho (Meal: Dinner).
• Arrive in Can Tho city and take a motorized boat to a village in Cai Rang district, where you will be welcomed by a friendly local farmer at their house, where you will spend the night. In the late afternoon, you can wander around the village to explore the orchard gardens or chat with the locals to experience the rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta.
• Enjoy dinner with the family and savor traditional local dishes. Overnight at the farmer’s house.

 Day 2: Can Tho city – Cai Rang floating market – Con Son village (Meal: Breakfast, lunch)

• At 5:00 AM, board a motorized boat to visit the Cai Rang floating market. Along the way, you can observe many bustling activities along the banks of the Can Tho River. You will have the opportunity to see how local people fish and transport both passengers and goods via the waterways.
• As you approach the Cai Rang floating market, you can experience the traditional way of trading using an “offering pole” to exchange goods.
• At 8:00 AM, return to Ninh Kieu Wharf and transfer back to your hotel for breakfast.
  Next, visit Cai Son village to explore the rural activities of the local people. Visit a fish farm and watch a fishing demonstration.
• Then, participate in a traditional handmade cake class and enjoy the results.
• Have lunch in an orchard garden and continue along the village paths by the river, where you can observe more rural activities and enjoy seasonal fruits in the orchard. You will feel relaxed in the peaceful and quiet garden setting.
• At 2:00 PM, depart for Ho Chi Minh City. The tour will conclude at your hotel around 5:00 PM.
