TOUR PROGRAM
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city – Mekong Delta – overnight in Can Tho (Meal: lunch)
07:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and depart for Vinh Long. Along the way, stop to take photos in Tien Giang town and admire the picturesque flat rice fields.
Upon arrival in Cai Be district, board a motorized boat along the Tien River to observe the locals trading fruit and other commodities directly from their boats.
Take a stroll through small villages to visit orchards and fruit plantations.
Continue cruising to Vinh Long through narrow canals, discovering the unique charm of the Mekong Delta. Visit a small family-run business to see the process of making coconut candy, rice paper, rice wine, and crispy rice popcorn.
Arrive at An Binh village and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring fresh river delicacies served in a garden setting.
Afterward, take a hand-rowed sampan ride through the canals, where you can fully immerse yourself in the serene natural surroundings.
Return to the dock and proceed by road to Can Tho. After a two-hour drive, you will arrive in Can Tho.
Enjoy leisure time in the evening. Overnight in Can Tho.

Arrive in Can Tho city and take a motorized boat to a village in Cai Rang district, where you’ll be welcomed by a friendly local farmer at their home. You will spend the night at their house. In the late afternoon, take a stroll around the village to explore the orchard gardens or chat with local residents to immerse yourself in the rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta.
Enjoy a traditional dinner with the host family, savoring local dishes. Overnight at the farmer’s house.
Day 2: Can Tho city – Cai Rang floating market – Rach Gia – Phu Quoc Island (Meals: Breakfast, lunch)
At 5:00 AM, board a motorized boat to visit the Cai Rang floating market. Along the way, observe the bustling activities along the Can Tho riverbanks, where you’ll have the opportunity to see how local people fish and transport both passengers and goods via the waterways.
As you approach Cai Rang floating market, experience the traditional way of trading using an “offering pole” to exchange goods, reminiscent of the past.
Return to the hotel for breakfast, then proceed to Rach Gia to board the express boat to Phu Quoc Island (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM). End of services.
