Ben Tre – a kingdom of coconut in Southern Vietnam. Tourists will have change to see floating coconut market where hundreds boats filled with coconut fruits. Enjoying coconut water, coconut jam and coconut candy. Taking a small boat trip through canal to “ Lang Du Kich Dong Khoi”.

Detailed itinerary:

• At 8.00 am, pick you up at hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and depart for Ham Luong
• One the way, travelers will have chance to see these beautiful landscape along the road such as the green rice fields, the peaceful Vam Co Dong river and the busy Long An town. End route, we will stop at Mekong rest stop where you can take a rest and see bonsai garden.
• 10.30am, arrive to  Mo Cay, visiting Tuyet Phung coconut candy work shop. Board on a motorized boat to explore along the Mỏ Cày river, visit Thơm coconut Floating Market. The trip gives you a chance to observe lively activities of coconut processing and trading. Every day, hundreds boats filled with coconut anchor along the banks of the river, waiting for trader and customers. The place is picturesque and the trade is hot and fun for visitors. Stop visit a coconut processing workshop and enjoy fresh coconut juice
• 12.00, Stop at local house for having a delicious lunch with local specialties (homes made). After lunch cruise to through Ong Bong river, make youself feel comfortable when you see the great ecosystems in here
• 13.30, riding on the sampan along the canal before visit guerrilla village (làng du kích đồng Khởi) , meet, talk with ladies in “ The long haired army, đội quân tốc dài, phong trào đồng khởi năm 1960”. Enjoy coconut jam, local tea.
• 14.30, take your time walking to surrounding area for more local life exploration.
• 15.00, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city. The tour ends around 17.30 in Ho Chi Minh city.
